An elegant French 19th century giltwood overmantel mirror in the Louis Philippe style, surmounted by a cartouche of rocaille design mounted above rounded corners. The frame has been beautifully gilded and is embellished by a floral ribbon design which wraps around the rounded frame of the mirror. Original mercury mirror plate.
